Terms of Service
These terms apply to every listing and payment on hypetrain.lol.
1. What this service is
hypetrain.lol is a public leaderboard. Position is determined solely by the amount paid for a listing. Nothing on the board is an endorsement, a review, a ranking of quality, or advice of any kind. A high rank means one thing: that listing paid more.
2. Listing
By submitting a listing you confirm that you own the product or profile, or are authorized to represent it, and that the listing does not break the rules. We may remove a listing that breaks the rules, misrepresents what it links to, or exposes the service to legal risk. Removal does not create a refund.
3. Payment
Payment is made on-chain in a dollar-pegged stablecoin to the address shown at checkout. A rank is claimed when the transaction reaches the stated number of confirmations, at whatever position the amount then supports. One transaction claims one rank.
You are responsible for sending the correct token on the correct network. Transfers of other assets, transfers on other networks, and transfers to any address other than the one shown at checkout cannot be credited, refunded, or recovered by us. We do not custody or control funds sent in error.
4. No refunds
All payments are final. Being outranked, dropping off a time-boxed board, receiving fewer clicks than hoped for, or having a listing removed for breaking the rules does not create a refund. On-chain transfers, once settled, cannot be reversed by us.
5. Availability
The service is provided as is, without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, traffic, clicks, conversions, indexing, or any commercial result from a listing. We may change the rules, the pricing steps, the categories, or the layout of the boards at any time. Amounts already paid stay credited to the listing that paid them.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the listing the claim concerns. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost opportunity.
7. Links to other sites
Listings link to sites we do not run. We do not check, endorse, or take responsibility for their content, their security, or anything you do there.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you pay is the one that applies to that payment.
